Services
Willamette Valley Home Inspections has a thorough, multi-point checklist for our inspection process. We will take the time to explain the overall condition of the home, and its systems, after the inspection is complete. We also focus on providing education regarding any defects found in the home, in order to educate you on the cause of problems, and how to best resolve. We aim to provide detailed information about the property in question, and an unbiased report of its overall condition.
Upon completion of your home inspection, we can discuss findings with you and your agent. We will also discuss recommended annual and preventative maintenance strategies to ensure all major systems of the home function properly.
All of our residential home inspection services contain a detailed and easy-to-read report, with images for reference, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format.

Owner/Lead Inspector
Hi, I'm Joe Wells, a certified home inspector based in St. Paul, where I live with my wonderful wife and our three kids. I grew up in Newberg and bring a diverse background in sales and home improvement to every inspection I perform. My experience gives me a well-rounded perspective on what makes a home safe, sound, and a smart investment.
When I'm not working, you'll find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors—especially hunting and fishing. I take pride in providing honest, thorough inspections to help you make confident decisions about your home.
